We want to reassure all clients of our continued commitment and support during the 21-day lockdown period on the Isle of Man effective from midnight 6th January.

For 75 years, Ramsey Crookall has focussed on the core value of always putting our clients at the heart of everything we do. Our purpose is to help safeguard their financial futures, and we are here to support them through challenging times. We are thereby taking all the necessary measures to ensure that our clients continue to receive uninterrupted service.

We expect to perform all standard processes as usual, although there may be some delays compared to normal operating conditions. Demand for our services, help and support may be higher than expected, so please bear with us if you experience a longer wait time than you would usually expect.

As we move through this 21-day lockdown period, our office will be closed to members of the public until further notice. All scheduled meetings and customer interaction will be conducted via video conference, telephone or email.

Serving our clients and keeping colleagues safe is our primary concern.
