Maintaining client records
Registering and transferring stock holdings
Dealing with in-coming and out-going post
Scanning and filing
Reception cover at lunchtimes and during holidays.
Successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be accurate and pay good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
